hsn has ruined my sons birthday
HSN has caused me the biggest disappoint this year. i applied for a hsn card was approved for a card used the card through call in ordering and the customer service rep mad a view errors so we had to cancel out the items and start again twice. this lead to my account somehow being redflagged by the issuers of the hsn card and them putting a hold on my card. i was not notified of this at all i get an email saying congratulations your items have been shipped and i got excited because i added on two day shipping so that the items would be here on time for his birthday on saturday. i go to track my order and i see it says the items are being returned to sender. i immediately call hsn and they transfer me to fraud prevention who says its not them its the issuer of the card and they transfer me to the card issuer who then tells me at first she does not know why my account was flagged but then after my constant fussing goes oh because of the constant cancellations in such a short period of time …BUT I DIDNT DO THE CANCELLATIONS THE PHONE REP DID BECAUSE HE MAD AN ERROR IN THE SHIPPING AREA. now they are asking that i mail in copies of my social my drivers license and my ulitity bill. i ask is there a faster and maybe safer way to get my information to you guys and she goes no and then after we verify your information and let hsn know everything is all good then they will have to decide if they wanna keep your account active or not. oh and yeah this will take about 30 days. i then tell her maam i cant get this stuff to you asap if you guys allow faxing or even scanning and sending through email but she says no we only take mail and im just like maam if you think for two seconds im gonna copy my drivers license my social front and back and my utility bill and drop it in the mail you are crazy thats basically me screaming for someone to steal my identity im so stressed and aggravated and my family all told me to go with qvc they are more professional over there but hsn had the better flex play so i came this way and look what it got me having to prepare to run the streets to try and find the items for my sons birthday. im so pissed because if the hsn card wasnt going to be able to be used they couldve atleast contacted me and i wouldve simply gave them a alternate payment method ie: my credit or debit card or even my paypal but no one contacted me at all they had me sittng home thinking everything was all good my items were out being shipped and on their way. ive been a hsn member for a little less than a week and i can say with a smile on my face that they can shove it never again will i deal with this dump.
