HSN Debited My Account For Too Much Money….
I processed my order for a 5 flex pay item. My order came to $111.28. My first payment states…PAID $28.08 ON 11/17/2015 and HSN charged my debit card for $44.13 instead of the $28.08. The last 4 payments are $20.80 each. I have the screen shots, a printout of my order, and a printout of my sales receipt which shows…
Item Price $104.00
Tax $ 7.28
Order Total $111.28
You saved $ 15.00
HSN indicated in writing via my sales receipt that my account was debited $28.08 on 11/17/2015…but $44.13 was taken out of my account associated with this transaction.
I have the complete printout of my sales transaction showing what HSN agreed to charge and what I agreed to pay. Please credit my account with amount that I was over-charged.
How is this legal? If one agrees to a certain payment then that is all that you should have to pay or even be charged for a little while. What a wierd way of doing business! It is almost as if you (hsn) need to update your accounting programs or something because this is not right. It messes with the persons banking and causes errors.
, we haven’t processed your payment yet. We authorized the full amount but when it processes the discount will be applied. The charge should show as a pending transaction on your account at this time.
The W10 computers will not be on store shelves until 7/29. 7/29 is the Official release date for W10.
I think that some Shopping Channels Pre-Sold it, knowing that it can not be sent out before 7/29.
I ordered this on the 18th of July and 7days later it’s still in packaging, what is up with that? Any one else having this problem?
