HSN CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS TOTALLY LIARS RIPE OFF DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAID
I got my account at HSN last year at christmas. I ordered some make up and then a computer HP all in one. The computer worked 3 days . I put back box and got out a month later, it said wrong password. I have been fighting with them for past 6 months. HP is finally buy back the computer but HSN
did nothing and now are charging me like 300% interest. Also they claim to have a warranty that was extra 160.00 thru assurian which did not cover anything. Thier so called 800 number for help was a lie too. Nobody at hsn even know what it is. I finally got the so called 800 number and alls it did was ring and then you would get cut off. I tried calling it so many time my battery on my phone went dead. They computer was unfixable and no one who do anything for me but blame it one me or tell me to call someone else. They are terrible and I hope I can help someone before thier credit gets ruined and they get scammed like I did.
