HSN Customer Service Rep/MGR please read & advise about Today's Special -4/1/17
Hi HSN Customer Service Rep/Managers:

I just wanted to say that without including any April Fool’s jokes:).
This is about your HSN extended delivery and needing clarification regarding when I typed in below please….
I see that the Wolfgang Puck 1400-Watt Electric Countertop Baker Today’s Special Item# 522-930, is now on extended delivery.
Please explain how extended delivery works, and please answer concerns below:).
I wish to know if I place my HSN.com order now for the black color & I use my Visa Bank Checking Account Card, will HSN now put the purchase price charge on my Visa Card, even the item is not available or in stock at HSN’s for immediate HSN delivery to me?
I am aware a Bank hold is placed on the Visa Card Bank funds to ensure the checking account has the funds in the Bank, and that is fine, but I need to know exactly when will HSN physically charge the purchase price on my Visa Bank card, the day I order it from HSN.com, or the exact day HSN ships the item out to me & also offers me the tracking number?
I really do not care to tie up my $ if an item is not in stock for immediate shipping.
Please advise reply, and ensure the answer is 100% correct, so I may make a wise HSN Consumer decision, and many thanks in advance.
Thanks so very much erica , so nice to know my Bank Visa Card charge for the item will not appear until I receive the HSN notification that the item is now in stock to ship to me, and has shipped out & also see my tracking # on HSN.com.

Hi @redman1, extended delivery simply means that you will receive the item outside of our standard 3-7 business days time frame. You will be provided with an expected delivery date at checkout. Your account will not be charged until the order is shipped.
