Hi HSN Customer Service:
I am thinking of gifting this item:
Elite Bistro 5.6-Quart Digital Touchscreen Air Fryer with Recipes
Consumer concern is I asked if HSN could re-order a pressure cooker for me and I received this Community Forum reply advisement listed under Customer Service:
“redman1. I’m very sorry but we’re not able to reorder this item. Elite is not going forward with pressure cookers”.
Now I must ask is the Elite Bistro Company going forward with offering customer service HSN member support and product warranty support if I purchase anymore of their HSN products, or are they not offering any support for items listed on HSN.com?
I also need to know if all parts of the air fryer including the basket and covered for replacement or repair if needed under their 1 year Manufacturer’s Warranty and Customer Service Support? Please advise reply……
I also need an honest reply now to all my listed Consumer concerns outlined above, because I do not wish to go thru what became a very irritating highly distasteful Consumer experienced before with the HSN pressure cooker which arrived with no written, telephone, or email support whatsoever for that pressure cooker item I did return to HSN.
I await your honest reply advisement HSN C.S for all my Consumer concerns I listed above, and lastly I also wish to know if the contact/warranty information for the Bistro Air Fryer I listed above is fully operational now, and telephone and email contacts are all working now before I enact this HSN Elite Bistro Air Fryer gift purchase.

I’m truly sorry that we were unable to help you further with the pressure cooker, @redman1. There is a Manufacturer’s 1-year limited warranty on the fryer. You can speak with them directly at 800-248-3002 to find out exactly what the warranty covers. For an extra fee, you can include a 2-year or 3-year warranty for the fryer as well.
