HSN Customer Service MGR -Defecttive item & a question for return please & thx
Purchased item #143-138 on March 31st, 2018 and 1st flex payment of 2 was charged on my Visa for $38.61.
The item is definitely defective and not as advertised by anyone representative of HSN or Cuisinart.
After freezing the ice cream drum & churning paddle unit for 48 hours I following some recipes in the enclosed Cuisinart booklet, but the machine does not churn properly. The motor drags, stops, then starts, makes high pitch noises and the contents in the center of the ice cream drum remain unfrozen & still too soft, which makes this a totally defective useless Cuisinart ice cream machine.
I will be using the HSN USPS prepaid easy return label and have it returned to USPS it in a few days.
Also after USPS scans the HSN USPS prepaid return label in, will also request a cash register machine copy of prepaid return for my own records.
Also I expect to be refunded the 1st HSN flex payment for this defective unit without any additional return charges taken out of my 1st HSN flex pay Visa Card refund of $38.61. (Please reply advise & many thanks).

Recently was at ups store here in S FL, there is no more charges for P/UP!!! Check that out with your UPS Store.
Hugs back to you Andrea59-60, and It was agreed upon that USPS is closer so that is what will be used for this defective HSN Cuisinart Ice Cream Machine return.

Sorry to hear this isn’t working for you. I waived the return shipping associated with the included easy return label so there will be no charge for the return shipping. You are welcome to drop it at either UPS or USPS.
