HSN CREDIT CARD GONE

I got a letter stating they were changing credit cards & I thought I was automatically getting one? NO! I go to use my credit on HSN & I no longer have one. What the heck? I do not want a hard inquiry so I guess I’m done shopping at HSN. Sad way to change… Just saying, too bad HSN.

I Agree, For some reason My credit card Balance has not dropped. When i called to ask what is going on the explanation was lost in translation at lease with me.I haven used my HSN card since ending of 2018, i stopped using it to bring down my balance but instead it has gone way up. When i call to ask what is happening here the explanation was the interest rate. BUT KEEP IN MIND i HAVE NEVER BEEN LATE or MISSED A PAYMENT, so now i am stuck with a balance. of over $700 in which i don’t know how that happened when my cut off for myself was at lease $350 so there is a whole $495 that i could have been charging and didn’t know it. So Please if any one else is seeing this on their HSN Credit Card please let me know . I would hate it if i was the only one but again this is syncb,

I lost my HSN card-HSN said they would send me a new one-that was months ago-never got it. Like you , I won’t be shopping here.
