HSN CHAT Changes and Vanishing Rep on Chat
Hi, I ordered a jewelry item on 6/28. The item seems too small for the size and the design is concave so it makes the item fit tight and the finish inside is a bit rough. .
So I wanted to see about sizing up. So Saturday night there was no chat and phoning CS wakes a certain person. Last night July 3rd I started a chat with a Mary Beth. She basically just typed hello. Then . crickets. I stayed on the chat for a few minutes asking are you there? Hello? Nada. Then just disconnected from the chat. I have the transcript.
Tonight I again launched the Chat and I see I have to enter a bunch of info including my phone number, email and last 4 of my credit card !! Too many hoops, sorry, they have all the account deets in front of them.
I am trying to get a break here on shipping because the sizes are so inconsistent and the actual gem stones on some things are all over the place! And no coupons for jewelry, and then to slapped with return shipping if the size is wrong. I just placed another order to size up and another jewelry item . I am thinking do I really want to pay $7 to try on something that weighs less than 1 oz.
I guess it’s too much to ask but I have been a customer for many years. New customers get lots of breaks, how about thowing us old timers a bone?
