HSN charged my account twice will I get my money back?
So I’m in tears because I could not get the PS4 I wanted for my son so I tried with PayPal and it wouldn’t let me do flex pay so then I tried with My regular card and both times failed BUT hsn charged me twice so will I get my money back?
I’m sorry for the concern with this. When you place an order with us, we authorize the card for the amount. If the order is canceled or declined we send a reverse request immediately. Most banks release the funds within 72 hours, but you’ll want to check with them for their normal time frame.
Is nobody going to help ?
Is nobody from HSN going to help me with this issue ??? I see they are replying to everyone else except for mine . I’ve been charged TWICE from HSN both orders $156 it’s the PS4 bundle with Spider-Man and Uncharted I got denied flex pay but was still charged for this .
Please somebody help 😩❤️ Why did it charge me TWICE ?
