
HSN CARD CLOSED WITH NO NOTICE !
I have no idea why my card was closed .I don’t have any late payments I’m on auto pay and I usually pay extra .I didn’t receive any notices about them closing my card. It’s very upsetting. You think they would have had the courtesy to let me know. Again, I always pay on time !

I am very sorry that your HSN card was closed without your notice. That’s not the kind of surprise that people enjoy, and I wish you would have at least received a letter. Although the card is in HSN’s name, it is administered by Synchrony Bank. I believe they do close accounts after a period of non-use, but still, they could have let you know. That said, it should be no trouble to re-open your card, but unfortunately that’s not something I’m able to do on your behalf. You’ll want to speak with Synchrony Bank directly at 844-889-9676, option 1. Give them a call when you have a moment, and let them know you’d like to re-open your card. They’ll be able to take it from there.
