HSN cancelled order and now is sold out!!!!
On Aug 22, I placed orders for 2 of the Dell Touchscreen computers. I paid for one in full because you could only put one on flex pay and put the other one on flex pay.
I received notice by email this morning that one had shipped and the other order had been cancelled. Payment in full for one and the first flex payment are pending on my checking account. I immediately called and was forwarded to Security. I was told that there was a glitch in the computer system and some orders were cancelled. She said she would transfer me to customer service where the order could be reentered at the sale price.
When the customer service person tried to reenter the order, it says None in Stock. I was told that I could not order the computer since you have none in stock. When I responded that that was not good enough, that it was HSN fault my order was cancelled according to security and I expected HSN to fulfill my order and ship a computer. I was switched to a Supervisor who basically told me the same thing. She gave me a Customer Care number where she said I could call and speak to someone above her to voice my complaint! Guess What? It is a number where you leave a message and they call you back! Ha! Ha!
I placed this order in good faith and it was cancelled through no fault of my own. I expect HSN to honor my order and ship this computer. Think my chances are slim to none and they do not seem to care. When I ordered I think 4000+ had been sold. By the end of the weekedn, 22000+ had been sold! Am I the only one who got had?
Hi Gladys39, I tried to find your account to see if I could help, but it is not connected to your nickname. I’ll take another look if you’ll send me your order information in a Private Message, as that information is private. Look for the envelope icon at the top right of the Community page, or click on the link for more information.
