HSN bad timing
I too have experienced the so called extended delivery, I have pretty much decided to not order from them anymore because the shipping takes so long, until they fix that issue, I am done.
I’m not getting double tickets on egg blast???
I have made it my rule never order anything I need with a deadline in mind. It doesn’t matter where you order from these issues will happen. Yes we get upset. Our plans have just been totally altered . I cannot say a person is right or wrong in their decisions not to shop here again. I like the flex pay very much. They don’t charge interest like credit card companies will. They have some really nice innovative products. Could things be better?? In a perfect world yes. No matter what I don’t use or believe in credit cards, to much interest. the interest credit card companies charge every month I use to shop . Even if your balance is zero they charge a maintenance fee, to keep your acct up to date. I don’t fault anyone for their decisions. This is mine. I know if you stop shopping here you have great alternatives. You must always do what will work best for you. Whatever your decision, God bless you. Have a very productive and happy 2018. God Is Love
I ordered before the big but show, it was not on extended delivery at that time, then after the show, it was on extended delivery. Just cancel. Doesn’t take long.
The bags Joy n Imans black was extended delivery, an hour later it wasnt!
One too I ordered from Rhonda Shear was too big. It was black. I wanted it for a reason. I held on to it til this week and it was available in the size I needed and in black. So I’m returning the co for the large. People order and aren’t sure if sizes.
Especially the Xmas rush.
Then again it’s your choice. Perhaps doing express delivery which is more costly will get your item faster.
@rosie1326, I’m truly sorry for your disappointment in our delivery process. We truly want to get our customers to get their orders within the 3 to 7 business days but on rare occasions we make an error when managing our vast, rapidly changing inventory. I truly hope you will gain faith in us again and shop with us in the near future.
