my wireless mouse does not work. The batteries are good but I cannot get it to work. Right now I’m using a wired mouse but I want what I ordered. What do I need to do?

Hi , I’m sorry this is happening with your mouse. I’ve looked into the available options for this order and found the following: call the manufacturer at 800-474-6836 to have the mouse replaced. Or, you can return the order for a replacement or full refund, and you will not be charged for the return. Lastly, we can offer a partial refund if you wish to keep the computer and replace the mouse yourself.
