I AM STILL WAITING TO BE COMPENSATED FROM NOT RECIEVING 24/7 REMOTE ACCESS THAT I PAID FOR WHEN I PURCHACE MY COMPUTER FROM HSN THEY ARE LEGALLY GETTING AWAY WITH DECEIVING ME OUT OF MY MONEY I HAVE WAITED GIVING AMPLE TIME FOR HSN TO HONOR MY PURCHASE AND WAS SHOCK TO RECIEVE NOTICE THAT THEY THINK THE REPLACEMENT IS SUFFICIENT
