I purchased a laptop for my son, I had to return the first one and now the replacement computer is acting up. It will not charge unless it’s closed, which makes it unusable when charging, and the cooling fan stops working intermittently. I would like to replace this laptop with a different one, something comparable or preferably a little better. Thank you
, I’m sorry this also happened with the replacement. I checked your orders and unfortunately, our 30 day in-home return period has passed. The laptop is covered with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty, so please give them a call at 800-474-6836.
