how to reach customer service
I received the Simply Ming air fryer in a color I did not order. I ordered the “race car red” and it came in a cranberry color. Unable to reach customer service. The phone sounds like its underwater but where is the “chat” and the “email” cannot be found . New to HSN and never again.

Also, you can reach us by email and chat by clicking on the “Order Status” link within the “My Account” button at the top of our page. Once on the “Order Staus” page, you’ll see the options for “Email” and “Chat” on the left-side of the screen.
