How do I talk to. Live person about a returned item
I returned an item, via USPS on 12/12/17. Tracking indicates it was delivered to an individual at 8 p.m. on 12/14/17. Todate, via phone inquiry, states item has not been returned. Need to discuss my concerns with a “live” person, or too soon to be concern.
I receive an email on all returns, plus I double check for refunds on order page click order button the order Nbr one of you see red under billing info no it’s not too soon to call, I think many people are procrastinating waiting till, after holidays, plus gifts and eat returns Jan 31st.
I understand your concern about your return @scrappie. We always ask to allow up to 8 days from the date of receipt to allow the warehouse to process the return. Considering the time of year, it may be delayed a day or so. I’d recommend allowing a couple more days for it to process. You can give us a call at 800-284-3900 between 8am – 1am ET to discuss your return with a representative.
Thank you, Krissy! I was able to get through and spoke to a customer service rep. Told me the same thing. Just needed some assurance. Will wait until next week to see if the refund is posted.
