Totally agree and it’s a shame.
? What was mentioned here about how your account is set up (mine already is) and regarding searching the forums for coupons. As to not being up front about the coupons stating the cash amount limit, she said it was up to us to read the fine print.
I get that. My question to her was why not simply be up-front about it when it says “take 15%, take 20% take 30% off one item”, gives you the coupon code and at checkout you see it’s for a MAXIMUM of $10,$20 or $25. Not everything a person buys is $100 or less; sometimes you’re looking at a far more expensive item and it would be nice to save on it.
Like I said, I just buy it elsewhere where that kind of game is not played. It also means that HSN loses a sale (in this case, $500 plus). Her response was “Have a nice day”.

? I just chatted with someone and they not helpful. I’m registered for all the right things (according to the thread and CS Chat) so I don’t know what’s going on. THere are great deals here, that’s for sure. But on large ticket items, saving $5 or $10 bucks is nothing when identical items can mean $100 plus off at another site. Till HSN starts meeting THOSE sales, I’ll just keep shopping elswhere for certain items.

HOW TO GET HELP W COUPON ERRORS:
1) Go to HSN shopping site, not HSN Community.
2) Click on My Account (top left).
3) Click on Chat where Customer Service options r listed.
4) Ask Chat rep to register coupon code to acct.
5) If asked how coupon was obtained, reply appropriately: home page, email, or postal mail.
Finding coupons on forums does not make u a select customer!
