How can you be tracking an item that was received by HSN already?
I have called customer service twice regarding the issue of having the in transit removed for Joys jewel kit that I returned and you received. I was told yesterday by Shaqia that she was forwarding this request to the appropriate department. I discovered this morning that not only was it still saying in transit for this item that I returned to HSN but now it appears that something else that I ordered was shipping using the same tracking code. What happened to tracking easy returns?
I want this resolved. I’m also concerned about the new shipment being tracked correctly
Thank you Ryan for your swift response. I have been so frustrated with this situation. Prior to this I also called customer service regarding Joys heart wax melts that arrived broken which I returned. It also remained " in transit" for quite awhile. This time this item is staying in transit for a much longer time. I just want them to list it as received.
, I’m sorry this has happened. On our side we can clearly see that this item was received by us and a refund was processed on 12/2. I see there was a request made to have “in transit’ removed. As far as your recent orders, It seems both items are shipping in the same box and a different tracking number has been issued for that package. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
