How About Making A Sticky Thread Of Arcade Team Progress
HSN_Jordan just posted on the Arcade Live thread about the progress of the issues….but people arent looking there or on any other myriad complaint threads. Jordans post was great……………………
But if you make a STICKY thread, where no one except the mods can post on it, then I think people will start seeing it and some of the complaint threads would stop.
I dont have a problem with people posting complaints of the new arcade because they are valid…..however many of them are the same thing over and over. And people are not seeing your posts or even poor @lizzie818 s posts!
I myself am posting very little because of all the problems that I am experiencing and trying to fix them on my husbands and my devices.
I am probably not even going to do the Trivia Thread tonight with so many other threads, it would be hard to find it LOL!
But if people can see in one place this type of thread, at least they might not leave. They will see that the Arcade team is working on it. Here is what HSN_Jordan posted and I love it!!!

The ticket amounts have been updated on 52 games and we’re working on the rest. We’ll keep you updated on the progress and hope to have the ticket issues resolved by Monday. We’re currently searching the issues some of our customers are having with games not loading. We know there is a lot of frustration going on with the new update and we appreciate you all for hanging in there through this transition.

It actually is a Sticky post but for some reason it’s not producing the pink button. When looking at it on our end its labeled as a Sticky post. We’ll work on it!
Thanks for making the progress thread. But can you make it a STICKY thread to keep it from getting buried?
Hi, @trekky! That’s a good suggestion! Thanks for always being so helpful in assisting the community. 🙂 We’ve noticed that some of the community members aren’t seeing some of our replies and have been trying to post throughout the thread. I will forward your suggestion over to the Arcade Team.
