I just ordered a hoverboard and wihtin 20 minutes my order was cancelled by HSN. How can i find out why?
Hello , I’m very sorry the order cancelled. I checked and see that it was due to FlexPay eligibility. You can contact the FlexPay Dept at 800-879-2559 (8am-4:30pm EST Mon-Fri). You can also place an order without Flexpay and if you choose to, the estimated delivery for item 468-900, ordered today, is 12/29.
