I ordered the Air Ride hoverboard on 12/8/15 and it came up with ‘Extended Delivery’ 12/29/15. Since I need this before Christmas I found one elsewhere that can deliver before then. Problem is that my order with HSN now shows ‘Packaging’ and will not allow me to cancel the order. Apparently it has been sent to the warehouse and you have is no communication with them?? Customer Service has not been able to give me any concrete information as to whether or not this item will be able to be shipped to arrive before Christmas. Don’t understand why it can’t be cancelled after only 1 day of placing it. If it’s not due to arrive to me before 12/29 then that would mean it would not be shipped out until 12/19 or so at the earliest. Should be able to get some exact info as to stock and shipping status at this point. Please help!!
