Horrible customer service
Horrible horrible customer service. They just kick your complaint down the road. I purchased a top in August and returned it the 1st week of December. I stupidly thought their holiday return policy had started that early, definitely my mistake. Received a call on Dec. 9th telling me that I passed the deadline and it would be returned. Still have not received the shirt. They blamed the holidays, but you know if I had ordered the shirt new, I would have received it in 3 days. I have called, emailed, and keep hearing wait a week, wait two weeks, wait 30 days, wait 72 hours, will be sent a tracking number. Now I have no shirt and am out $80. I stopped buying from them before and I just may stop again.

It’s too bad that you had a problem with the shipping deal. There are some specifics that one needs to always be aware of (details are in the deal disclosure)…the biggest things I always watch for…make all purchases on the same day (this one was actually for 48 hours, which is very unusual), best done midnight to midnight Eastern time and that all time for the deal must be done together on the website OR by phone (purchases by both methods will not be combined for the deal…sounds silly but that is just the way it is). I have also noticed that the system carved up a few cents here and ther on all items but the total was only $4.95…weird but that was my experience last time I bought a lot. IF IN DOUBT, always call Customer Service to verify the shipping charge. Sorry again.
