Horrible Customer Service…….🙁
I was tracking two of my orders and it states: delivery was rejected and the package was sent back. So I called Customer Service to see if they could tell me when and where the packages were rejected and who the delivery person was. The packages were transferred to the Post Office from UPS. Christopher who was helping me said he had the same exact information that I had and he couldn’t do anything else. I was home when these packages were supposedly rejected. I even had gotten my mail and another package I had ordered. So I don’t know what the problem is. I just don’t think that I should have to track this problem, it is HSN and the Post Office problem. I just think this could all be solved by not TRANSFERRING PACKAGES from UPS to the Post Office. Very upset and for now I will not order from HSN.

The same thing happened to me last Wednesday. One of my packages was sent back by UPS with no valid explanation. I have a little constructions going on my street and driver decided to send my package back and did not even attempt to deliver and come up the street to my house. The strange thing is, that day I had 3 packages to receive, all from HSN. The driver scanned 2 of them to be re-delivered today and the one to be sent back. why?? Unbelievable!. To add, this package was a Surepost. UPS did not even bring it to the post office. Second, whatever happen to send back a package to sender after 3 failed delivery attempts? last Wednesday was the scheduled delivery dates on all 3 packages.
I called HSN customer service on Wednesday, the rep was no help and was rude, very eager to hang up. I asked to speak with a supervisor who was helpful and decided to ship the same item to me again.
UPS was not helpful either and could care less. I was told by their rep last Wednesday that someone in my local facility will call me back within an hour. Today is Friday afternoon, I am still waiting for that call. Honestly, shopping online with HSN should not be that stressful.
Hi wilddietta. I’m sorry to hear about these items being returned to us. Unfortunately we truly do not have any additional info on why the post office marked these as returned. It’s possible there was an issue with the actual label such as water damage, and so they couldn’t complete delivery. Did you want to set up replacements to be sent out or just a refund?

I can empathize with you Wild. The customer service at HSN seems to have changed drastically recently, and it’s not for the better. I have had a couple really negative experiences lately and it is really very upsetting. They just don’t seem to care anymore. I also posted about one exp and only had one response and it wasn’t from customer service. They prefer to ignore them until time passes and the post goes away, Just wanted to let you know that others do understand your frustration , even though I can’t help!
