Holy smokes, my order is totally messed up.
I have 4 pairs of shoes coming..I only need two. I recently placed an order for Joan Boyce shoes, (two different colors and two different sizes) then that order had some issue and I couldn’t figure out how to correct it, and thought it just wasn’t going to go through, so I re-ordered with a different credit card and now I got an email that 4 pairs are coming to me.
I don’t know what changed to make the first order suddenly go through.
my goodness i just placed an order today and i do have a complaint. i asked the customer service person ,a few ,questions in regards to a certain product ,he gave me all the wrong info, if i wasn’t a regular customer, then i would have some merchandise ,that i really did n’t ask for. hope my order is right ,i mean really. with hsn customer service ,all they kept asking me was excuse me, like i was asking him something out of thee ordinary or he couldn’t hear me or just started ,i mean, hope my order’s correct,size.color etc….my order is a pair sandals size 9 i don’t even know if come width or med, long as it’s right then i”ll be a happy , satisfied customer,reviews help, will see, oh yeah told me i’ll be receiving my order in 3-5 days then said oh i mean 3-7 o.k..thanks i’ll look all those days.
After reading another persons comment from experience with commenity bank yesterday, I see now that the problem was with that CC. I had been sent an email saying my flexpay had been denied. I could not figure out how to cancel that order, the cancel button was not visible. So I assumed it wasn’t going to go through and placed another order for same shoes with a different cc.. and now I have 4 pairs of shoes coming! Any way I can get a return shipping free of charge on two shoes?
