
Holding funds!!!!!!
This is absolutely ridiculous that you guys are not held accountable for this. Nov.24,2022 I tried to order the oculus for Christmas. I was charged 4 different times. 3bon flex and one I paid full price out of pocket. Totaling to a 1000 dollars. As of Monday Nov 28,2022 my funds still have not been released. I called my bank to verify with them. They can’t do anything till the 4 charges aren’t pending anymore. If someone is denied flex pay you shouldn’t be charged! You need to update your system because you are messing with people who obviously need help getting items. Most people who have money don’t go on a payment plan. It speaks volumes of your business. This was my first and last purchase. I had the funds to buy outright as you can see in my account. I will not buy anything from a business that takes money from people and holds it.

Ya I tried ordering something today on flex pay I order all the time. They told me they couldn’t take that card which don’t know why it’s a debit card. Then I look at my account and there was a pending charge for something they sent even sending me. They said it was an authorization hold but for what completely ridiculous. Have had issues with them in the past no more

I can’t apologize enough for the inconvenience this has caused, @tiffanym18. I took a look in our system and see that we’ve sent electronic requests to your financial institution regarding the funds being held. The time frame to see those funds is dependent upon your financial institution and their release of funds policy.
