Hold on my bank funds.
I was denied flex pay for an item. I canceled and tried to re-order which was eligible for flex pay that I had previously been denied. Upon checking my bank acccount, I realize that I had been charged three times for the item. One time full price and then also charged for flex pay but more than the amount had totaled on the original order. I also didn’t realize that every item I ordered was considered a seperate order with seperate tax and shipping charges. I thought that the total in my cart was all that I would be charged. I canceled all items that I had ordered on the original order. I even called customer service to be sure that my orders had been canceled and to find out when the bank hold from HSN would be released. I was told 72 hours. It has now been 72 hours and I still have several holds on my account pending. I need my funds to be released now! I am a single mom of 3 and I’m struggling to buy the kids’ Christmas already. Now there is $500 worth of bank holds on my account so I can’t even shop for my children anyway. It is 8 days until Christmas, I need my money released today!
These are my order numbers:

If I were you you should call your bank and report them as a fraud if you want to get your money back ASAP that’s what I did. I report them and get my money back. This company is a scAm.pls report them
I really am sorry to hear of the inconvenience the authorizations on your account is causing during this busy time of year @wantmymoneyback. I took a look and see that our system has already sent an electronic request to your financial institution regarding the release of funds. The time frame as to when the funds will become available is dependent upon their release of funds process.
