Highest Praise For HSN "LiveChat" Customer Service!!
I have just been reading some of the many questions & comments about customer service. First, I was surprised to see problems like price adjustments, late or lost items, returns, etc. be handled on this site. Didn’t know you could do that.
I realize that sometimes a situation makes a customer upset, agitated, &/or angry, therefore a negative review will be given. If you give the customer service rep. a chance, they will, within their limits, resolve your issue.
I always use “live chat” & the reps. have always been nothing less than quick, friendly, & helpful. I always thank the rep. for their great service but wanted to express it on this community site.
Although there seems to be many changes happening within HSN/QVC, please do not change your customer service personnel. They are the BEST!!
I don’t see much change, but I agree with you, I’ve never had a problem until today actually will resolve tomorrow.
They emailed me about an item apologizing, as I don’t know the item as they didn’t tell me!! The only thing I did was return something Andre order to AS. I see absolutely no changes between hs n and QVC I don’t even know what channel QVC is on but must check for a returned blender that I couldn’t find on hs n until after I purchased it.
I loved the surprise Prai presentation today with Cathy Kangas as I email with her.
Now that they had a new wrinkle serum/cream I’m returning SCAs Moroccan oil one.
I have more problems which getting on community. I can’t sign in! I can’t scroll down to bottom of page. All this is arcade related the techs day there working on my issue 2 weeks ago and still no word on anything. I can’t play the last 4 gotw.
So for CS , too rah. For technical support in working on it seems old to me. I had to back out of community to write this email, and log back in!! When you click on log in a yellow box comes up tells you to sign in!! I was signed in I just opened your email to reply. I can’t see any other responses. So I hope others also put there 2 cents worth here. I have to figure out what I’m hsn!!
