Hi need help on my all orders and flex pays
hi I had a CC which i charge all my payments to on HSN (ending with 0). It was unfortunately stolen and I that card as cancelled and i got a new CC (ending with 4) and i updated it on my account but i still see some pending flex pays on my cancelled card and i just got a note that my payment on an item was declined.
can you please remove my card ending with 0 and update ALL payments to the new one ending in 4 please?
Hi , I’m sorry to hear your card was stolen. I know that has to be stressful! You’ll need to go into your FlexPay Manager and update each one individually. Or if you need assistance with updating the payments please call us at 800-933-2887. For security reasons we are unable to make any changes that affect payment information via social media or the community.

I’m not a big jewelry girl so I just might make it without drowning in debt. I spend on fashion, ‘tho I’m very selective (picky), and lately eveything I’ve purchased has gone on major sale within 30 days for price guarantee. Between that and the coupons I’m doing ok but no guarantees! I might just impulse splurge and then have to shoot myself!
