Help w/Return or Exchange Please!
On 9/4/17 I purchased item 577-628. The Purple one was defective. There is no sound in the left ear, but the grey one works fine. I wrote in a couple of days ago and Angela was kind enough to respond. My understanding is that there is no more purple and that is my favorite color. I have decided to keep it as is for a partial refund of $15.00. Could that be done to the original method of payment? Please advise, thank you.
