HELP HELP HELP
I got my third email from HSN Customer Service with a link to view my profile. My profile was not updated. My Owl Avatar is still gone. I cannot edit my profile picture. No one has bothered answering my last two posts. HELP.

There is another new member who was having the same problem over a week ago and as far as I can tell she has not been helped. Her name is @sunflowerbear. I hope she hasn’t left the Forum because her questions were never answered.
@pookie123 I am so appreciative of your patience while we got this worked out. I know it has been so frustrating not being able to get your photo uploaded back, but as you can see.. We were finally successful! I got your profile photo added and approved it to ensure that it shows up when you log into the Community. Glad to have your beautiful owl back once again!
