Heidi Daus Item defective
Hi, on order #xxxxxxxxxx item#579578 Heidi Daus Forget Me knot Bangle I ordered it in medium as I do all my bangles & this has to be miss sized as it just rolls around my arm with the knot turning to the bottom not a good look at all. I believe it is sized incorrectly so I need to send this back as it’s huge!!!!!
Order #xxxxxxxxxx item#578331 Heidi Forget me Knot necklace, this necklace is defective in the beads as they are very sharp & scratchy not smooth as her beads are so I need to send this back. I put it on & the beads scratched my neck immediately & put a rash on my neck.
I feel these both are defective and am sending them back. I don’t feel I should have to pay to send them back as they are defective as well as my shipping fee of total $10 should be refunded to me as this is a vendor error & shouldn’t have passed quality assurance but was just bagged up by the vendor and sent out. I am very disappointed. Will be sending back today, pls note my acct and refund to my acct. Thank you 🙂
