Heidi Daus Incorrect color in bag
Hi, I ordered item#586291 & order number is xxxxxxxxxx in Gold. On the packaging receipt it says GOLD, however I opened the box to find it in the shade pink which I already have. To me this is a quality assurance error to not check the contents in the box or I wouldn’t receive this in the incorrect color. I will be mailing it back & I feel I should not be charged to ship it back as well as I paid $3 to have it shipped to me and I feel that the $3 shipping fee to me should be refunded as well as it HSN error and not mine. Thank you 🙂

I just wrote 2. X. Message & HSN poofed both messages before I could finish so I’m short I want my full refund which includes shipping to me as u know per above notes this was an HSN total error to send me the wrong color of pink in a box marked golden & on invoice. I want & expect my order shipping amount to b refunded to me as this was totally HSN error.
Also your boxes are so shoddy they look like HSN is recycling bent up & faded boxes & shipping out. This is not UPS in shipping, u r mailing out these pkgs like this because my orders come in from UPS intact. Thank GOD my jewelry orders have been for me & not a gift as I would have to go & buy new boxes if I were giving as a gift. Your shipping costs are getting ridiculous too because my postmaster weighs them & they only weigh a couple ounces yet u put -lb & 2lb on the boxes. HSN is biting its nose off to spite its face. This does nothing for the good for the customer & if it continues I can see your sales will drop tremendously. Not cool. I want my correct refund as it is not correct at this time. Thank u
I am really sorry for our error @tamrick. I have issued the remaining refund of $7.95 back to your HSN Credit Card. This should process alongside the refund for $8.38 which you should see in your account within 72 business hours.
