Having trouble printing shipping return form and label
On November 10, I ordered 2 pair of sporto waterproof suede tall boots. I returned one pair and the other pair was a gift. The 2nd pair does not fit the person I gave them too and I told them I would return it. Since I already returned one pair, I don’t have my original return form and label. I went to the order in order history and tried to print them out but couldn’t get it to work. I have never had to use this feature as I always used my originals so I don’t know what I am doing wrong. When I click on print, a blank screen comes up. How do I get a replacement return form and label?

Hello , I’m sorry the boots didn’t fit you and your friend. I created an Easy Return label to be emailed to you. It should arrive within a few hours today.
