Have order stuck in Submitting status
I placed an order for some Vince Camuto shooties. When I hit the submit button, it just spun and spun and finally said there was an error with my order and try again. I did not hit submit again since I didn’t want to place a 2nd order in case the 1st one went through. It’s been 15 minutes and the order is still submitting.
What does that mean and can you fix it or do I need to place another order and see if it goes through. And I ordered on 4 flex pays.
I refreshed the page from my work computer multiple times. And I copied in my message here exactly what was showing in my order history for the 1st order I placed. Obviously HSN always had that order. Very frustrating.
I went and ordered another Vince Camuto shootie as you stated you couldn’t see this order I had ordered it from my work computer. I am home now, checked my order status on my home computer and yep, 2 orders processing for the shootie. I just cancelled the 2nd order.
I’d really like to know why CS could not see this first order. You can go check my order history to verify what I feared would happen did. Now I’ve got to wait for my bank to release the pending hold on the funds for the 1st shoe order you told me didn’t exist.
I have closed and opened a new browser multiple times. I will go ahead and place another order. When I go into my Order History I am still seeing:

I’m sorry that is giving you some trouble. I checked your account and do not see any orders placed for the shooties. I would go ahead and close the browser completely, then open a new one and try again. 🙂
