Has there been a change to shipping & handling policy for beauty?
Has anyone noticed that if you purchase more than 1 beauty item the additional items are no longer receiving the half price shipping they once did? I emailed customer service yesterday and asked if there was a change and their reply was they’d look into it. No response yet and so I guess this is a difficult question to answer.
@happytobeme, we want to offer more variety in our promotions, so we’ve removed the permanent Buy More & Save program which was based on specific product categories. We look forward to offering promotions during some of our special events and other times throughout the year.
