hi I have been buying from you guys especially handbags because I love them but i have also sadly have to returns some of them for lack of quality and quality control I wish somebody can explain why so many defective merchandise is sent to customers please I will love a feedback, thanks a lot seriously I’m thinking on not buying anymore fromhsn I m frusteated sorry.

Hi thanks I bought ema fox leather handbags the leather looks wrinkle obviously this bags have been used and recicle I want to have bag so much I have Emma fox bags I bought in store beautifully made so I gave another try and they are the same. I could attach a picture of the bags to prove it.
o I got a shariff bag beautiful that I want to keep but it is missing an stuck on the handle order number
2015 I am in love with my shariff bag but it is damaged you guys need to step up with this
I am not sure to keep ordering more I’m wasting time money and energy sorry I’m not happy.
