Green Bugs No More missing item
I received my Bugs no more just opened it and was watching the show video to learn how to mix it and noticed there was a yellow sponge that was to come with it, I got no sponge. Do I have to send the whole thing back or can they send a sponge or give me credit for not getting one. I ordered a printer Canon several months ago when it was a special, never got the software call customer service they emailed canon,ever got softweare for that either .
Thanks Kyle, I will just send it back but how do I not get charged for the shipping cost?
@highhopes2012, sorry to hear that your order was missing the sponges that should’ve came with it. If you wanted to keep the order as is, I can offer a partial refund on it of $5 due to the missing sponges. In regards to the printer issue, I do see where we’ve reached out to the vendor of the item in attempts to get the missing parts sent out to you but haven’t been successful as of yet. I’ve just forwarded the request to our back offices so we can attempt to get a resolution to this issue for you. Thanks for your patience while we try to get this resolved and please let me know if you’d prefer the $5 partial refund on the Bugs no more order or if you’d prefer to exchange/return the order.
