Getting the runaround on a return
I need to get the address to return a tv purchased 9/26/15. Customer Service says they don’t have the address and will send me a letter in 5-7 business days with the address. This makes no sense and I need to return it now. I want the address to return by FedEx as I work for them and can return at a discount.
I am sadly disappointed in the HSN return of a Teeter Inversion board…didn’t even take it out of the box and was told I will have to pay the return shipping…I was not told that when I purchased it.. Have never had that problem…My husband has high blood pressure and we also were not told or made aware that these can be dangerous if used by someone with high blood pressure and now they will not allow me to return it without paying myself. I will never buy anything from HSN again and am spreading the word
