Game of the Week Issues
I emailed the Arcade Team directly last night but haven’t received a response, so I’m not sure if they’re working or not.
The Sudoku game that Shannon got 2908 on is no longer in the Arcade. I’ve only seen one person in the last 2 weeks get a score higher than 100 and I’m not sure it wasn’t a glitch because the scores I’m getting appear to be based on the percentage of the game you do without help. The highest score I’ve gotten is 100 even when I finished in about 7 minutes.
Also, NONE of the Sudoku games are paying tickets. It’s even recording in my Reward History all the 0 tickets I’ve gotten.
Hope there’s someone there today to get it fixed.
Hi @lizzie818! I just wanted to follow up here in case you didn’t see my other response. We’ve updated the game of the week to Majhongg Dimensions and have extended the double tickets until 12/1 for our mistake.
