This is F’ed up beyond belief. Ok so I’ve ordered numerous things on flex pay in the past using my debit card which gets charged every month for the amount I agree to, and then today I got charged for my purchase and then declined… ?! If you’re going to decline me for whatever reason including credit that’s fine . Although I thought that was the purpose of applying for a credit card, which I did not. However to charge my card and THEN decline me is wrong! HSN knows nothing about customer service jerks
I really am sorry to hear that your order was canceled @debsmad. It looks like it was canceled due to FlexPay Eligibility. All HSN items are subject to credit approval. There are two places where to locate information regarding this. One is by clicking on the ‘FlexPays’ hyperlink after pulling up the item on hsn.com as well as clicking on the ‘?’ symbol next to the FlexPay radio button on hsn.com.
It looks like our system has already completed an electronic authorization reversal. The time frame for your funds to become available is dependent upon your financial institution.
Once again…I don’t care about being declined it’s the fact that the money was ever placed on hold before the credit check, that serves no purpose! I wont be doing business with your company ever again! I will take my business elsewhere! Not that any of you care..
