FRUSTRATED! AIR Ride Hoverboard Return
Can anyone please tell me if you returned Item # 532-583, WHERE you returned it? I bought it as a gift for my granddaughter and my son paid almost $60 to return it using the enclosed label via USPS. Unfortunately, he has never had the experience of shipping items and has misplaced the tracking information.
I wasn’t worried because it was HSN. They are always great about returns and customer service. Well NOT THIS TIME! They cannot tell even tell WHERE the item would have been returned to – the manufacturer or HSN. They always provide a shipping label and have a record of my receipt. I just don’t understand what the problem with this one item is.
I do realize my son should have the tracking information but HSN should be able to find this return. I have been asking about it for 4 weeks now.
