Friday Night Game Night points do not add to my ticket total
I can play any game in the Arcade and I have no issue with my ticket totals adding automatically. I don’t have to delete my cookies, clear my cache or shut down my computer.
I wrote you a couple weeks ago when I discovered that the May daily codes were not adding nor were the Friday Night Game Night tickets. Your response was the same you have told the countless people that contact you about this problem with your “auto-response.” “Delete cookies, clear cache (and now the new one, shut down your computer which is a new one since you made your “upgrade” to the Forum. (I call it a down-grade)
I don’t have to clear my cache or delete my cookies but I do have to shut down my computer 5 times every Friday night if I want to participate in Game Night. I think this is the most ridiculous thing and something that certainly must be able to be fixed at your end. If my computer can update all the game totals, why can’t it update the 5 Game Night questions?
Do you have any idea how aggravating, time consuming and just ridiculous it is that I have to do this? I suppose because now that I know how to get around YOUR issue, it was worth it this Friday when all the questions were worth 200 points but if they go back to 100 points this Friday, I can play games and make twice that many points in the time it takes my computer to shut down and start up again. And the is suppose to be FUN????
My question IS NOT how do I get the points – I already know shutting down my computer and restarting it will add the points – MY QUESTION IS – WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THIS PROBLEM SO THAT I AND EVERYONE ELSE THAT HAS THIS PROBLEM WON’T HAVE TO DO THIS ANYMORE?
I am sure you are aware that your “update” to the Forum has created more problems and much less user friendly. I don’t think there are enough characters to list the issues but when are you going to fix the problem with adding images like we used to be able to? (Funny thing, you used to a be very hard on us for placing copyright pics but as it is now, copyright and just about anything remotely off color goes) When are we going to be able to Private Message again? Thats enough questions for today? I eagerly look forward to your response.
I will not be able to test that until next Friday.
