Free shipping problem Again! Please help
I ordered two items on dec 26 totalling over $50 so i should not have been charged shipping. The shipping charges appeared on my order but I waited a couple of days per the last time this happened. However the shipping is still showing on my hsn account and has now been charged to my credit card three full days later. Please credit my account for the shipping. This is a totally frustrating process!!
Hi , I’ve reviewed your order and see that only 1 of the items was on clearance, which sadly did not total $50. I wish I could have provided you with better news.
