free shipping on Dell computers, less than few hours
After I placed my order and I’m being charged for shipping. And now it’s placed in packaging so I can’t cancel and reorder. I don’t think this is very fair at all. I have to pay to return this hp junk laptop I recently purchased. I also ordered and paid for warranty that was supposedly sent that I never received. But paying shipping on something that within few hours of ordering that now has free shipping is a rip off. Your customer service has gone downhill. I would have waited until midnight to order had I known spending over thousand dollars we should have been told Dell computers were going to be free shipping
