Free Shipping not applied
On Oct 3rd I ordered over 99.00 worth of fashion and accessories but when I checked online today HSN never deducted the shipping on all those items as the promotion said. I called HSN today and the representative did deduct the $15.00 in shipping and will credit my AMEX card for that amount. This is not the first time this has happened to me. Do I really have to keep checking every time I order with promotions? I feel this is becoming a big inconvenience. Why does this happen? The representative had no explanation. I feel that when this happens more than once to a customer they should be offered some type of compensation. Thank you for your anticipated response.
