I need someone to contact me immediately, I have emailed customer service and gotten no response. I went to put an order in , hit send , and immediately was told my order could not go thru and was denied flex pay, which is fine however you all still charged my card $121.23 even though there was no order placed or an exchange of goods or services, now 4 days later and the charge is still there. That is fraud, my money needs to be released and no “it’s not my bank holding it” as they have already been Contacted and notified. Never again will I even attempt anything on HSN!!
@maggie097, I’m truly sorry for any concern caused by this authorization hold. When an order is placed, we do authorize the payment. Rest assured, we do not take the funds right away, nor are they held by us. When your Financial institution sees the authorization, they will place a hold on the funds. As in this case, the order was canceled, as was the authorization. I have confirmed this with our finance department. If there is still a hold, please reach back out to your financial institution for further assistance. The hold is usually released within 72 hours, depending on your bank.
