I ordered and.got aapproved for Flex pay but my account was charged higher amounts than what it showed when I payed and one item was denied flex pay but they still took the money out of account I have called several times they tell me it’s been released back to my bank that it was only pending my bank tells me it has not been released and that it was charged not pending they took over 200$ out of my account and I need my money back ASAP this place is horrible it can’t be legal for them to charge higher amounts than you authorized them to
I really am sorry for the experience and inconvenience this has caused @klloyd23. I’ve sent an electronic request to your financial institution regarding the authorization for $94.69. The time frame as to when those funds will become available again is dependent upon your financial institution.
Since our promotions are usually rolling promotion, which means they continue throughout the day, you may see a higher authorization on your account. However, once we go to settle the amount, you will see what was quoted on your order confirmation.
