Flexpay is advertised by you guys as an amazing way for people to purchase things, without having to apply for an HSN credit card, or so i thought. I’ve now seen many complaints about many people getting denied for your flexpay program for seemingly no reason at all and now the same has happened to me. I am a first time customer to the site and i don’t necessarily mind the fact that you deny people flexpay, i just mind the fact that you allow people to go through literally the entire process of the purchase including charging the buyers account before you say “oh gee, your not approved, but we charged your card anyway so you have to wait for your funds to be dispersed back to you before you can move on to plan B”. My question is what about charging my card shows you i’m deniable that the first 10 steps of the buying process didnt already give you. Shouldn’t you already know whether or not your going to deny me before i get to the charge my card screen?? Very confusing and misleading!
I’m truly sorry that your order was canceled. The verification process takes place when the order is submitted. Rest assured, we will send you a letter with more details that usually arrives within 10 days. I have requested that the hold on your funds be released. You should see those funds back in your balance within 3 business days.
