I have bought lots of things on flexpay and it is not letting me do so now. Why is that?
Hi @mandymay101, I am sorry to hear that your order was canceled. Your order was reviewed for FlexPay eligibility and I am sorry but you are not eligible for FlexPay on this particular order. This does not mean that you would not qualify for FlexPay on future orders. We have sent you a written explanation and you will receive that within the next 7-10 days. The letter will provide you some further guidance on this and with whom you may contact with further questions.
